Snowman Lodge & Spa

We had a couple’s massage after a three hour bike ride along the Old Coach Road today and it was just what we needed. It started with a relaxing hot foot soak and was followed by a 1 1/2 hour massage. The staff were lovely and it was a genuine space and an authentic Thai massage - it was also very relaxing at the end. Total bliss for a shaken and stressed body! We will be back.

Room was very small and cramped. Road noise was absolutely horrible. First time I stayed was good but this time definitely not. No toilet paper in the shared toilets, rubbish bins outside were absolutely full. I will be looking at other places next time. The door handles was probably the best part of the experience

Nice staff and clean bathroom toilet. Enjoy a night, is value of the price.

Clean unit but they need to do some weeding in the surrounding gardens. Wouldn't have minded a bit more privacy too. New people coming in had direct view into our cabin.Bed comfy, shower brilliant. Everything you need

Great fun! First snow of the season on the mountain. We had the best time. I would go again and stay here.

Walls between rooms are super thin, you can hear next doors conversations word for word.Great location, super friendly staff, cute rooms but not great for catching some sleep

Nice rooms, super clean showers and toilets! Nice small garden to sit outside and a comfortable living room/ kitchen. The massages are fantastic!

Firstly the staff were really helpful, respectful. Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Very good value for the price we paid.We noticed all food and drinks in town were about a 20% premium compared to the big city

Unfortunately was not at all like the photos. Room was 2m x 2m with a small bed length and width. The walls were dirty and our bed had black hairs through it. We didn’t get the room we booked for either. Spas available but were grimy and yellowy colour and was $8 for half an hour… we decided to pay anyway because there was nothing else to do there. Room only had a bed and one sink with small window which had a bush covering it so it got hardly any light and no view. It was noisy and smelly. We were also overcharged but luckily noticed and made the enquiry and got refunded - only good thing was the staff were nice. Personally wouldn’t recommend or stay again.
