Grace was wonderful to work with when renting a dress for a wedding I was attending- very helpful when it came to booking to make sure I received the dress in time! Would 100% recommend and will use her again ☺️

This was the first time renting with Dress Rental and I will never rent with them again. I received the dress with a giant hole by the zip that showed my underwear… it was also delivered scrunched up in a ball the day before my event. I had to pay to get the hole fixed and dry cleaned in my lunch break the next day and when asked to be refunded part of the money back (or at least the cost of the repair and dry cleaning) they refused. So they got a free repair on top of the full $70 to rent the dress. I have never been so disappointed in the customer service received from an NZ company. Dress Rental has just lost myself and whole bunch of others as clients as a result.
