Vivo Hair Salon Taupo City

I first went to vivo Taupo last week, the stylist did an amazing job on th dying my hair and was an absolute pleasure to talk to. Unfortunately I walked out with a style that I had not come in for. I originally booked for balayage and it look looked more like a full colour. I rang the 0800 # and they promptly got me back in to fix it so that I was happy with.....well I am glad I gave them the opportunity as I am 100% inlove with my hair now the dark roots just added so much more dimension. The girls on were fantastic aswell!! I iwill be back for touch ups with the girls in taupo. Thankyou again ladies xx

The manager fitted me in when I needed and was very open to chat. Very happy with my curls for my evening out, would reccomend to travelers.

First time using Vivo Services. My hairstylist was Tennille and she was fantastic! Punctual, friendly, helpful and did an amazing job with my hair, I left the salon happy with the service I received. Salon was clean and tidy. A great selection of hair care products on display. I received everything that was stated in the ‘$149 First Time Client’ package which was great value for money. I was informed by my stylist of additional costs prior to my treatment (Vivo website clearly states pricing AND additional charges depending on hair). My only complaint would be some colour which was not scrubbed off my forehead and around my face. All in all I do highly recommend this business if you’re wanting great value for money, a nice atmosphere and good conversation.

I would like to thank Vivo so much for the time they took to discuss together how best to create the colour I wanted. I am very happy with the result after visiting this morning. Erin is incredible at her job, I've been seeing her since we moved to Taupō coming up 2yrs and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Not only is she amazing at her job, but she's a super lovely and bubbly person as well.

Had my hair foiled and cut by Erin today she did the most amazing job. Excellent service and lovely personality. Highly recommend.

First time going here as I saw they do first time client packages. I rarely get my hair done so thought I would try Vivo out this time as they also state they have experience with thick curly hair. Great experience, the girls were so lovely and helpful! I've gone from dry, damaged mop to a stylish wolf cut. Couldn't be happier! I feel so much lighter now! Thank you!
