Great service from Clyde and the team - small bike operation however provide plenty of advice and information to give you confidence on your purchase.I was looking for a commuter bike for work - Clyde walked me through each bike and his recommendation with pros and cons.Did a rent to own purchase using Q card - no issues here and was walked through the terms and conditions. Tested it out for 2 weeks and was pretty confident in the bike and feasibility for getting to work.For entry into the E-bike world, this was a perfect option with plenty on-going support provided by the team!

Hired E-bikes for a week, found Clyde very helpful, and it was a great way to test out E-bikes to see if we enjoyed them. After not cycling for well over 20-years, we had a brilliant week with the bikes. Definitely recommend Clycycles for all looking to rent, buy, or get their bike serviced, as this business is genuinely passionate about getting people on bikes.

90% of our dealings were great. We rented two electric mountain bikes for a month while we visited New Zealand. Clyde was super helpful when we picked up.The bikes were pristine when we got them.When we returned them one was scratched and one of the batteries had shorted and needed a new fuse.$20 not a big deal but the attitude that we had damaged the bike was somewhat surprising.We effectively paid 30 - 50% of the retail price of the bikes to rent them I’m guessing that some wear and tear is to be expected.So if you rent here, and I’d recommending you do, make sure you let Clyde know you might scratch the bike

On our recent company day out we decided to take advantage of some of the many great cycle path around Tāmaki Makaurau. Stoping for refreshments along the way, then once we had reached a decision to go no further Clyde from Clycyles Bicycle Services came and picked up our eBikes which we are very grateful for.
