You can walk nearly the whole track in bare feet. Good mental grounding and possibly if it gets noticed respect for the pa.Take your rubbish with you please.

Some parts of the walk are steep so you'll need appropriate footwear and if you intend to walk to the far end of the peninsula check high and low tide time otherwise you will probably end up with wet shoe's .

Great place with good track to walk, it takes about less than an hour to finish to hole track.! Awesome view at the end of the peninsula.. the walk is nice and easy..
