Best of Bay of Plenty

I was very happy to discover a gift box company that champions local, artisan products from around the Bay of Plenty. This seems a fantastic way to support our local producers and cut down on transport/packaging footprints.The gift selections (I created a custom gift box) were all beautiful products. My recipients have a dog who's a big part of their family and Michelle was kind enough to source some dog-themed products to include in my gift box, despite these not (yet) being a part of the online selection. I can imagine that this put her to a bit of extra trouble but she didn't hesitate to accommodate my request.Communication was super fast and personal. I also got notified of when delivery was expected and once it had been completed.The recipients were thrilled (and really touched by the inclusion of the canine extras). The only thing I can't speak of is how the box was presented as I didn't see it, but going by the rest of my experience I feel confident it looked beautiful.I will definitely be a repeat customer, and would like to thank Michelle for a quality product and fantastic service.
