I've been so impressed with Zingela Property Management from viewing, moving in and all the way through moving out. Bonita was very helpful and professional in what she does, always available and respond to my queries within minutes. One important thing you should know is that I had to break my contract because I was moving to another city. Bonita made sure to make that happen with no issues whatsoever. The whole process was as smooth as silk.I would definitely recommend Zingela Property Management and would love to deal with them again in the near future.

We contracted Zingela to manage our rental property in late 2020. Bonita sourced a great tenant for a year-long lease and the whole process was seamless.
