We hit it off immediately when I first visited her open home at the property - she was friendly and knowledgeable, and very encouraging. She followed up with me immediately by email, and then by phone as I confirmed my interest, and was more than happy to show me round again and discuss more specific questions that I had.We chatted a lot over the next few weeks, and I found Chrissy very supportive throughout the process. We hit a few small snags along the way, but she kept in touch and made sure I knew what was going on and that she was doing everything possible to sort them out. I really appreciated this, during what is quite a stressful process.I really felt like Chrissy wanted me to have my dream home, and that she was delighted for me when everything came together. I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Shannon from team YIP, and I just wanted to write about my experience for any future clients of Team YIP.I was submitting an offer in a property, and with it being my first time, it was a bit of a daunting prospect as I had no idea what I was doing. We rented our current place through Collective and have been really satisfied with their service the past two years. Our Collective agent, Aaron Simpson, has followed up promptly on various requests (e.g., household repairs and maintenance of our lawn). We would highly recommend Aaron and his team at Collective!

Collective First National and Aaron have been very quick to help with any issues with the house, have been flexibly with how rent is paid, and have been kind and professional in all the interactions we've had with them.If you plan on renting or purchasing through C.F.N, it's a pretty safe bet that you'll have a good experience (something that can't be said for most estate agencies I feel).I should also note that Aaron's house inspections have been very quick and non-invasive which is, again, not something that's super common with other estate agents, unfortunately.

Renuka is a star n she's very professional in her role. Renuka is very knowledgeable, intelligent and very helpful about anything that you wants assistance for. I admire her about how hard she works and how far she goes on willing to help out if need it. I highly recommend Renuka to anyone who will be looking for an agent for their properties. Aaron has been great to work with. Very measured and calm, and I trust that he will look after my house well while I am overseas as well as providing a good service for the tenants.

I have a townhouse that Collective First National’s Property Management team have overseen for me for approx. 2 years. I have found my dealings with their people to be very efficient, always excellent communication and very respectful. I’m certainly more than happy with the work Nik has carried out on my behalf.

It used to be easy communication and a good service. However, depending on who the manager is, the service quality can be very different. The manager has been changed three times while I have been using the service, and that's the reason why I have stopped using their management service here.
