Good, friendly services from staff. Good price range, after discount a pair of shoes starts as low as $30. Plent parking out in the front. The best outlet store in that part of the shopping centre.. Along with Asics, Converse, New Balance etc.. No need to go all the way to Onehunga DressMart (although that store is bigger and more range to choose from). Highly recommended for a visit. Great value for money that's for sure.

Great deals 50% off ALL items in the store before & after Christmas, had new stock coming through every couple weeks and their promotion lasts till Jan. Very friendly staff.

Always great service from staff here and up for a bit of friendly banter. Always end up buying something coz prices are the best of the all the sports stores at Westgate. Great having this so close to home.

Excellent customer service! I didnt have my reading glasses with me and the shop assistants was great helping me out with the sizes! I didnt plan on buying all my xmas gifts from here but that's how it panned out today! Great store, i hardly shop at Puma so i had the most pleasant experience and will return. I was helped by Sedika who was very helpful, onto it, best customer experience & recommendation of clothes for my hubby, comfy basic tees for men, i bought a few things incl, add ons at the counter sedika offered a white hat, socks etc i bought a hat. Thanks Puma good job

I visited the Westgate puma store & was greeted on arrival, I was looking for a gift for my niece birthday and had some awesome help from Taira. She was super friendly and helped me choose a pair of shoes which she picked out that we also matched with a jacket. Taira was very patient with me when deciding on what to buy and she kept making suggestions of items that were exactly what I was after. My shopping experience with Taira is one I will never forget, she made me feel very comfortable and she is a primo member of the Westgate team. I'm so thrilled with my purchases and I know my niece will look super cool in her new puma gears thanks to the team at Puma westgate and special thanks to Taira for her expectional customer service, I will certainly be visiting the store again soon.

Just came in on break to quickly get new work shoes was greeted by the most wonderful woman (Cherie) definitely made me feel welcome and want to purchase more I will definitely be popping in to see her again! 5stars!
