Good afternoon. I live in Central Auckland. This is a personal review of my positive interaction with your employee Tui at the Southpoint Manukau branch.Upon entering the store, Tui was very welcoming and showed an interest in what I was possibly wanting. I was just in to have a look. Furthermore, his knowledge of the products in the store gave me a better insight into what I may have needed based on my interests. He gave very specific recommendations, showed me the products that were on special, explained the plant based protein range and even the pre workout products. I was impressed with his questioning and his genuine interest in my needs. With that, I purchased a 2.5 kilo bag of protein powder and lifting straps.I have been in other supplement stores where staff ask you how you are and leave you to it without follow questions or showing a genuine interest in you. I left with better insight and basic knowledge of whey products.Tui is an asset to your store, approachable, knowledgeable, professional and very well-mannered. This is the second time I went today the they close and they live a note said 10min will be back and phone number after and hour later I come still not open so I call he said 5min wait for half and hour still no one turn up so I left but first I went last week it was the morning around 9am wait for and hour so now I I’m getting to another shop where the loyal to there time and there business

The Indian cashier and some other Indian guy having a conversation In Indian the entire time while I'm staring and looking at a product that I would have loved to have more information about! Shocking service when all they do is talk Indian infront of the customer. Seems to be a growing trend in this country.
