My words are not enough to express my gratitude and appreciation for the hard work and dealing with all sorts of challenging customers to the team members Katherine Sterne and Dean. So much knowledge, patience, compassion, understanding and treating me with dignity and respect-thank you! The lady Katherine is so professional and full of knowledge. She gave me so valuable advices and explanations and I am optimistic for my near future resolution of difficulties that led me to WINZ on Hills Road. Her professional attitude and erudition are remarkable! Dean is very kind and supportive and has so deep knowledge about the matters and needs for help and assistance such as disability advice! I wish you and the amazing team of Shirley branch Merry Christmas and a happy new year!

Security staff at the door are lovely. Its a shame about the winz guy that works at the counter. Hes always rude an nasty. Says unhelpful mean stuff, acts like he hates his job shouldn't be working there your meant to help people not hate them.

Felt very comfortable and at ease with their service,,,from the security on main door to staff who seen me ,,very polite and respectful

staff try to help , but brutal policy's causing starvation and homelessness.

Have had multiple visits here and found ALL staff to be very helpful and empathetic. Excellent service!

As my brothers agent , I’ve had many dealings with these guys . I’ve always found them professional and friendly , doing a pretty difficult job.

always over worked, and over crowded, however the problem lays with the new zealand govt' s management of the lower class of residents and not with the staff at this branch of work and income.HOWEVER, if you are in need of assistance, and able to be patient, fill forms in correctly, and follow their procedures, you will get the help you need.Thanks for all your efforts team, i know its not an easy task.
