The best little coffee shop in Auckland. Great to duck in and go. The beans I had bought were great and roasted onsite. Barrista was very knowledgeable.

This place is amazing, the staff there just make the place so friendly we travel from the other side of Auckland just to see his glowing face. I can't recommend this place more their customer service is 11 put of 10.

Recently the new staff over the counter were not so friendly and dont seem to care to serve customers at all. Used to love the fresh coffeee beans and people who had worked there previously but not going back there any more.

Ordered ribs special which were so tough they were inedible. Had waffle as a replacement however it was so over cooked it too was inedible. Although cheaper than the ribs was not offered any refund. Very disappointing and will not return

Velo Coffee is unfortunately one of the worst companies you could deal with. Lazy, incompetent staff (Stephanie, Simon etc) who have no interest in doing their jobs they're paid to do. Issues ended up with Derek (owner) to resolve. Very disappointing experience, drop them, don't bother dealing with this company!

Love the beans, just not the service. My wife phoned today to see if they were open and they said till 3.30pm. It was 3.05 at the time so my wife raced straight down there. But despite having phoned, she found them locking up at 3.20 and they quite rudely refused to sell her any coffee. Disappointing.

For a month i was unable to buy the large organic Karajos coffee at my supermarket, so rang Karajos to see what the story was. I got a warm helpful response from them and they even sent a few sample bags which i was not expecting. You rarely see this level of customer support these days, thanks Simon, for great coffee and support like i have not seen in yrs

There is nothing better than sipping on a cup of delicious superbly roasted and blended coffee in a biodegradable cup, whilst enjoying the magnificent view out over a beautiful Auckland beach basked in sunshine. Karajoz was the official Coffee Sponsor of the 2019 Optimist Sailing Nationals held at Murray's Bay over easter in Auckland.
