Got my ears pierced here around May and ever since I’ve been dealing with an infected ear also they pierced my ears crooked

My 5 year old grand daughter got very upset when she lost her necklace at The Base today. Still crying we came across Louisa and the sales assistant was most helpful and compassionate. The service was excellent and we were able to return home with a very contented little girl. Thanks so much.

Great team and very friendly environment , i just got my piercing today there is little bit difference in both the ears , i hope you will fix it , but although service is good.
