Fabulous room and Colleen is a star. Previous night I googled most places in Palmy and so pleased ,- Colleen gave me a big room away from that night's function noise. Which I never heard. The room and hallway has tasteful artwork, extra amenities, and Colleen even offered to take me to the airport. I really truly enjoyed my one night here.

clean, warm and very friendly. they even turned on our heater before we arrived! honestly lovely service and good quality rooms. we’ll definitely be staying again :)

A nice welcome when we arrived was pleasantly surprised by our room it's very clean presented well, nice outlook over park. bathroom and kitchen needs supplied. good value

We stayed two nights (21,22/2/20). The room was lovely. It was well decorated, clean and comfortable. A credit to the management. The only negative for us was the lack of a lift, which due to our age and physical limitations made climbing the stairs a bit of a mission. The management and staff were friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel as a pleasant place to stay.

This hotel is a great place for a stop over very well presented offering acomodation in the grand old style. A bar onsite with snackshas a homely feel to it as you are made welcome to have time out there.Secured overnight parking a bonus.

Myself and my brother, stayed at this hotel for two nights last week, we found it a great place, very welcoming from Colleen at reception, room was large with two beds, a single and queen, all amenities, shower was great, everything was spotless, must commend the staff on their cleaning.Would definitely stay here next time in Palmerston North.Once again thanks to Colleen and her staff for a lovely friendly stay.Tony and David Guthrie

You won't find better value in Palmy. Staff are great and rooms always clean. Fantastic location too.

Booked the large function room for sons 21st. Fantastic venue, lovely helpful staff and management, really nice food. Would highly recommend and would use again. Thanks Masonic for hosting a great night
