I used to love using this company for my fortnightly laundry service, however, they have significantly declined recently. Their receptionist is rude and unhelpful, and blames customers for not getting orders or timing of pickup/delivery correct. Very unhelpful when trying to communicate about pickup/dropoff.

With the this cold weather lately, I am unable to get my clothes sorted in time for the next week. Going to this service not only helped sort my laundry, but they also offer ironing and get it delivered right outside my doorstep. I just need to give them a bag and its returned fresh and ironed for me. Perfect for a busy working girl!

Been using Orderly for my laundry for about a month now. I had some minor issues with the website but customer service always replied quickly to my txt and fixed them. Friendly driver picks up my clothes and they're returned faster than I expected. Exactly what I wanted.

The turn around on my washing was super fast, less than 24 hours infact. But the speedy service didn't effect the quality of the service. My washing was soft, fluffy and smelt lovely.Would definitely use them again and again.
