Rip off company. Took in lawnmower to get checked, no body phoned to inform me that it needed parts, they just went ahead then gave me a large bill when I went to pick it up.$86.50 just in labour, when they should have done nothing (first).Left lawnmower behind.Not paying.Just to clarify, I did have the money, it's the principle of the matter.Don't rip people off.My advice go elsewhere.

I bought a reel mower and was not happy with the one I ordered when it finally arrived. Robyn-Ann Ann and her team went out of their way to resolve my problem and got me a reel mower that I am very happy with. They kept me informed every step of the way and they couldn't have done better with their customer service if they tried. Robin Ann you are a credit to the company, thank you and I would highly recommend this company.
