Jenny (the owner) is so rude! You feel like you are a bother when you should be feeling like a valued customer. Pedicures are cold with very little massage or care. When you are eventually dealt with it is as fast as possible that you don't feel pampered which you should! She needs to learn a bit of manners and customer service otherwise she will have no customers at all based on my experience. Will never go there again! Magical Nails on the otherhand inside the plaza are pleasant, helpful and professional. Always feel great and highly recommended.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I went to this establishment on Saturday, after moving here to find my next new nail place, as I usually play big NZ music festivals. I was so excited to get a manicure and pedicure for an engagement party, only to be treated like absolute dirt by the one nail technician lady. I asked extremely politely if I could get a little more point in my nail and even apologised for asking… then she rudely and belittling me, showed another customer my nails to try and point out how I basically had no idea what I was talking about and then raised her voice at me in an exceptionally embarrassing way, saying I was putting her under pressure. I did nothing of the sort, I was extremely polite. And that’s not how you should ever treat a paying customer. I have never been treated so poorly to the point of wanting to leave a place crying, my excitement was immediately turned into absolute hurt after leaving and I can’t believe someone could run a business with a woman like that in any sort of role.

My friend and I tried this place for the first time today and we were very happy with the end product. The staff were skilled, professional and friendly. They checked if we were happy with the shape. We even got a little hand massage at the end. We had a good experience here and would definitely go back there. ⭐️

Acrylic Nails with French tips. Nails came out amazing but the color of the French tips looked unfinished with the edges not fully covered and also should have been painted closer to the finger tip as the color looks outgrown. This ruined the whole look, time and money spent. Luckily I have been recommended somewhere new that do it properly.

My go to nail studio! I have been a regular at nails care and beauty for around 8 years now and will never go anywhere else! Jenny is so lovely and extremely talented! No design is too much for her to tackle and she is always so accomodating whenever I need to pop in to get a nail fixed. I couldn’t recommend nails care and beauty enough and I will continue to be a loyal customer until the end!

The ladies at Nails Care & Beauty are wonderful, very welcoming and do an amazing job with Shellac. My second time here which will now be my regular. I had my previous Shellac on for 5 weeks. Highly Recommend. When you book an appointment the always on time, never felt rushed unlike some Salons. My best Nail experience on the coast thus far. Give them a go!!! The nail job is good, but the service is not great, the lady was so rude! It is a beauty service! I came to feel better, not because you are stressed or confused ruin our time!! She was so in hurry, couldn't listen tobus what color we like, and i feel so bad! I have an urgent call , i have to take, but she ignore it and that was so bad!!!I never back there

Worst customer service ever. Went in today to use a gift voucher I was given when my son was recently born, so was looking forward to pampering myself & the owner Jenny turned me away, told me she couldnt do my friend & my pedicures.. I then asked if I could come back another time and she preceeded to say she could not do it.I then phoned to talk to Jenny about this as I felt disappointed as a loyal customer of quite a few years which she then was argumentative & rude, yelling down the phone at me..Very disappointed!!!!! Safe to say ill never be returning.

Lovely staff. Very pleased with my nails they were done very well. :) will be coming back
