Steve sold both our home and our flat this year. He always communicated with us, keeping us in the loop verbally and through text and email. He listened and was not pushy. He was very respectful to my mum who was in our flat, ensuring visits and open homes were planned around her needs. We just can't say enough great things about Steve. Our journey was 100% positive. He also sold our last home 23 years ago. When it comes to real estate Steve is our go to guy every time and we have and do recommend him to friends and family and he has sold for them to. He has never let us down.

OMG what an absolute horrible experience. If you are thinking of buying or selling don't use Ray White Upper Hutt. If you are interested in a property they have listed usually if you go to another real estate company they can put in an offer. The real estate agents (listing and one that gets the sale will then split the commission).
