Auckland Urology Specialist - Dr Anna Lawrence

Customer service is bad.I've tried for 20 days to book an appointment, after calling several times I was then told there is nothing available. Then I received a call and message, again I called, they said they were not sure what happened but that they couldn't book me in for an appointment either..

Continual high quality and professional care. Will go out of her way to make things work for me and has helped manage my continence problem which is dearly appreciated. Thank you so much

Amazing Dr and amazing team! Ive had a lot of experience with Drs and I have to say Dr Anna Lawrence and her team are by far the actual best I have ever had the pleasure of being seen and treated by. To actually have a good solid plan to sort you out so that you feel relaxed about your diagnosis and not worried about your care or treatment is not something I have ever never experienced until today! I am so thankful I was referred to her! If you have a spinal injury and bladder issues you should 100% try and get in with Dr Anna Lawrence and her amazing team!!

I have recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr Lawrence and her team for some much needed bladder attention, and I have to say that this was the most enjoyable consultation I have had in a long time. Not only is the procedure both fascinating and pretty much pain free, I felt so comfortable and at ease chatting with the ladies like I would to my own friends. My daughter of 19years old has been having bladder issue for months, saw local GP, they said nothing was wrong or could not diagnose anything out the ordinary.I researched the internet as I could not believe a 19 year old can go to the toilet 5-10 times a night, I then came across Dr. Lawrence, made an appointment, had to get her medical history send to the Dr before she went to see her privately so the doctor could review her case, was told this doctor would get to the bottom of her problem. My daughter had a 15min appointment, advised to keep a urine diary, cost for this appointment was $360, follow up appointment is now $250...absolutely shocking to say the least.....
