Unusual circumstances made our 110K move even more difficult. Mark and Sharon handles our move very efficiently and a couple of minor difficulties were resolved well

From the very first contact, Senior Move Managers handled our move in a very professional way. We were kept up to date about how the move would be conducted and responded quickly to our questions. They sent two teams of efficient, friendly, helpful people to pack and move our possessions from a large house to an apartment and then cleaned the house once it was empty. When we unpacked, they then removed all the empty boxes and packing material. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made what could have been a very stressful experience a lot easier. I heartily recommend them.

The teams that moved us were efficient, professional, friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. Having this service took all the anxiety out of our first move in 37 years. I can't recommend this service highly enough.

Sam and Simon moved us today into a Retirement Village in Auckland from our home in Pauanui. They were amazing, worked nonstop and efficiently planniing layout on the trucks to give every consideration to our load. They were very considerate and listened to requests for special care for fragile items. They were also willing to drop off a large pot plant to a neighbour on the way to my place. They carefully problem solved about getting my bed frame over the balcony to the ground as it was a bit risky. They were also prompt in the morning and worked hard during the day. They were personable and chatted along the way. Much appreciated, for taking most of the boxes away as well. And collecting the rest later.
