Highly disappointed with what happened today. I had booked my appointment for hair color a week ago. It is clearly mentioned on the website - Full hair color short/ medium $130 & long / thick hair $180.00. Same is mentioned on the hoarding board in their salon. However, they charged me $250.00 only for hair color. I have a medium hair still i said i am ready to pay $180 if you consider my hair long. The lady said, the price on website is not correct. The owner has mentioned the price on website according to Auckland rates.She was so stubborn. I did not wanted to argue much as there was long queue so i just paid $250.00 instead of $130. Which is almost double price.I have been there client since last three years. I am definitely not coming to this place again. They are clearly cheating.

Lauren was fantastic. Went in for a walk in hair cut and color and she nailed it. I left with my hair looking 1000x healthier and feeling so soft. Gave me great advice and helped me with products that'll help my hair, without being pushy on selling me things. Will be booking appointments with Lauren for future hair care for sure.

The girls were lovely I got my legs wax and I was asked what wax I prefer. My hair coloured so love my new blue hair even let me put my own semi colour on my blonde ends

Really great service from Sonam! Understood exactly what I wanted and talked me through what she was doing throughout the entire process. Would definitely be going back to Sonam and would recommend to anyone wanting to get their eyebrows threaded. Was really happy with both the result and service :)

Went for a full face wax to which I thought would include eyebrows. It didnt and this was extra. Full face only means half the chin not full chin so charged extra for that also. Highly expensive and job not done properly as there is still alot of hair. Have used this business a few times highly over priced and seems like staff don't no what they charging. Will not be coming back again which is ashame as other salons in this franchise have been awesome to use.

The service is fast and friendly and my hair turns out looking exactly as I wanted it to whenever I go here. Very reasonably priced with no upsale pressure. Highly recommend.

I am so disappointed in how my eyebrows were threaded :( I requested for the thickness of my eyebrows to be kept, I just wanted a “tidy up”. However, when I left the salon I had two eyebrows that look nothing alike, they are now both extremely thin and one resembles a comma. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

I went for face wax 2 days before. They burnt my skin on the face. i have burn marks all over my face. Trying to ring them to make a complaint but not responding any phone calls. Very disappointed with the service. Wouldn’t recomment to anyone.

Lauren always does an amazing job on my hair. She is so creative and always makes sure I'm 100% happy with the end result before leaving the salon. She has a wealth of experience and knowledge, and is so approachable and easy to talk to. Highly recommend seeing Lauren on your next visit!!

I made an online appointment selecting the services I want from which one of them was trimming/standard cut. So, I was there on time and there was this white female staff who was given to do my hairstyle and she asked me what I’m after I told her anything that makes me look better thinking that she already knows what I’m there for. She did the cutting and while billing she she charged me $10 extra so I asked her why and she said that she did restyling so I relied I asked you to do anything that makes me look better and I’ve already selected the services on my online appointment booking page and how would I know anything about standard or trim or restyling for me it’s just cutting. She started arguing with me and said she doesn’t check the booking appointment and called me “cheeky”. I paid for what I was originally quote on the online booking but I was very upset with overall cut and especially the behaviour of the her. I don’t think I was being cheeky she was incompetent to not check what her upcoming booking entails and charge me extra $10 that’s a rip off. Long story short staff there was incompetent and rude. Upset and did say better don’t go there. I did threading eyebrows that was good.
