Selling our unit in Wanaka.Terry Griffins had sold most of the units within our complex so we decided to sell with him as we lived out of town. We were also renting our unit through Harcourts and the rental team were fantastic so we thought Terry would be to plus it was easier for all concerned. At first Terry was great, professional, great communication, local knowledge of sales in the area was fantastic but as soon as the papers were signed to sell we never heard from him again. Still haven't. We did try and contact him after the sale went unconditional to discuss issues that had arisen but he never got back to us so we gave up and ended up dealing with the Harcourts rental people we had dealt with in the past.

James definitely went the extra mile! James was very professional and attentive and knew his stuff. He was very easy to communicate with and made the complicated simple. You’re definitely in good hands with James.
