Absolutely amazing service! From the moment i bought my car everything was so smooth and easy and everyone is so pleasant and friendly to deal with! The sales lady Olivia was absolutely awesome and very bubbly and friendly and she 100%knew her stuff. I have had my car for little under a year and I had an issue with my dashboard melting (Mazda Axela) in the sun and the glare from it on the window was so hard to see... The amazing team came to my house and replaced my dash board free of charge and were very helpful and painless! Thank you kilburn! Amazing work. Will 100% recommend you

Scored me a new ride honda grace last Thursday and the service I received was next too nothing Tommo is the sale person that showed outstanding customer service and sharing family life to life goals on which car I should buy and a sale person knowing me by name after meeting him a week later that's a sale person that knows there customers after that one visit. Having a laugh and getting in the mood I knew I had the right sales person after visiting 5 different yards to get my family a car. Thank you for the outstanding service bro differently shine out more then the other yards I visited thanks Tommo and the team myself and family are enjoying the new ride we purchased. My dad and I bought a car from Kilburn cars today and I must say: it was the fastest, friendliest, most professional experience I have had at a car dealer. The car dealer assistant we dealt with was Sam, and she was fantastic - from the moment we stepped into the car yard, I saw her come over from a distance with a bright smile - she was helpful, knew her cars well, and dad and I felt well looked after. From entering the car yard, to filling out the paperwork with Tony (who was great as well and awesome with kids!) to waiting for the car to be registered and spruced up etc. Sam made sure to check in with us and keep me updated as to when our car was ready- always with a warm, welcoming smile.
