Moved in new place and found a fridge at this place for the right price. I also purchased a $80 stick vacuum and its the best thing ever. Also $20 rice cooker and oml it does what expensive rice cookers do. My mum also purchased her chest freezer from here and its going perfectly. Staff are helpful too but the odd ones who think you cant afford anything there so they dont serve you attitude. Worse thing for a shop is to assume. Over all great experience all around.

The worst customer service I ever had. We left 3 items on hold, and the team sold 2 of them and they were lying to us giving us another product, they promised to get us the item in the following day and contact us and never happened, we had to call them and visit them 4 times more, at the end I had to personally all the way to takanini to get our oven because they didn't even bother to sort out that, the worst team honestly, they lied to us, they tried to give us another item pretending we bought that one, they were playing with us giving us a time line that never followed and didn't gave explanation about it, the delivery was supposed to be at 2pm and they were pretending to come at 11am when we clearly said that we were not there at that time, no answer on phones, they said will call and never called back...

Sochi provided excellent service and his boss was caring and pleasant to deal with. Overall a good and stress free experience.

Helpful and price matched for a display model.Marked down as apparently was in perfect shape apart from a mark on the front, but found the metal tray on underside of washer was bent quite considerably and marked tiles getting into place.

Got what I went there for, heaps of products on display and also you can get a lot of bargain. Staff member is helpful. Good store for most electronics products to buy

The after sales service from this shop is terrible so would avoid and go to a reputable shop instead, all smiles until there is an issue.We were so shell shocked to hear that the owner had the audacity to blame us in front of other customers for being heavy handed rather than acknowledge the stock they sold us had a fault .

Bought a hair iron straightener for a friend but the actual straightener is missing? Only 2 handles in the box with no cables

We went to buy a mini fridge and we’re sold a defective & used fridge. We were told that it was a customer who changed their mind, but as we got it home, we noticed a drastic colour difference from the door and the unit itself. It’s a Coca Cola advertisement but HUSKY brand. We called as after a few months of trying different things, the u it will not stop unexpectedly have condensation so bad it creates puddles. We’ve been trying desperately to resolve this with no success.

I got a great coffee machine this week from here. With an honest and little mistake, what the team quickly and professionally corrected. Thank you so much for your kindness and help. Reply appreciated.
