My sister recommended this place and now I want to jab her lol got my lashes done here for the first time ever because one of my go-to lash techs had to cancel…BIGGEST REGRET. The lash lady at this place kept talking and coughing in my face and then the other workers were literally having their lunch while I was laying there. She also poked my eyes more than THREE times - annoying. I kept frowning and even asked what she was doing and she just laughed while talking to the other ladies. Once finished, she didn’t give me the chance to look at the final outcome, and rushed me to pay. Got to my car and I saw that they were glued to my frickin’ skin rather than on to my actual lashes. I couldn’t be stuffed going back because the place was already jam packed and didn’t want to cause a scene. Also, this review is being written only after an hour from getting them done and I’m already planning to get them removed tomorrow. Anyways, if you’re okay with paying for incompetent work and unprofessional service, then this is the place to go. And if you’re looking for actual quality work, I highly recommend these small businesses instead: @ezlashbar @studio52nz @covenscave - all can be found on Instagram and you get 100x better service, better lashes, better everything.

Am a regular client here I had txt their number on Tuesday asked if they had any appointments available on Friday and got no response so I msged again and they got back to me and said they had 2pm available and to come in. When I came in at 2pm the lady that was at the door turned me away saying I didn’t have an appointment and said if I wanted my lashes done I’d have to wait after the appointments and the walk ins which would’ve been hours so I just left. Don’t tell customers that you have these times available if they’re not available and to turn me away and say that I’d have to wait after the walk ins was it for me. I had msged days ahead.

This place needs to stop lieng to people on the phone when booked appointments. My appointment was at 3pm and i got there 2:30pm and i waited for 1hr and a half. My second time there and honestly it will be my last. They leave customers hanging,they very greedy DO NOT TAKE MORE PEOPLE WHEN YOU CAN'T KEEP UP WITH THE TIME OR APPOINTMENTS. Staff constantly talking in their languages and sometimes they will stop doing their work and just chat while u are laying there sore ears and wanting to be gone. HORRIBLE

My favourite and only place I go to now! The staff are all friendly and soooooo good at what they do (especially Sally). I haven’t been anywhere else since I started coming here and they offer a variety of services. I would definitely recommend coming here!

The ladies here are absolutely lovely! They’re all super kind and always smiling ☺️ They’re super accommodating and I just love going there for my lashes and my nails. The prices are just so good too ❤️❤️
