bought a fishing rod for it to break in the first hour, they blamed me for the break and were not reasonable with how they dealt with the situation. wouldn't swap for another rod or give a refund when it was asked for, fixed the tip that broke then charged me $10. the owner was very rude disrespectful and arrogant. would not recommend to anyone.

Excellent service. Good advice with guns. Very friendly staff throughout. We came through from Alexandra and so impressed with your shop presentation. The staff being so smiley and helpful for advice made for a good experience. Thank you! So great too that when the staff didn't know things they owned it and referred you to someone who did. This is SO DEFINITELY a shop I would return to and recommend to others. Keep up the great service, it is so appreciated in these times!!

These guys are great. Tim is my go to guy. On several occasions he’s gone way out of his way to answer all of my novice fishing questions and goes into really good detail about things I wouldn’t have thought about. He’s an excellent source of quality information and has always been very professional. Cheers mate. Oh, the store has a great selection of fishing gear too.

I have very little experience with the products hunting and fishing sell so it was quite intimidating going in. The store was quite busy but a staff member came to help and described the products I was looking at and helped me choose the most suitable product for the task at hand. They made the process nice and easy which was incredibly helpful for someone who doesn't know anything about that stuff. They could have very easily pulled the wool over my eyes and sold me the most expensive item because of my lack of knowledge but instead gave pros and cons for each item letting me assess it for myself. Would recommend shopping here :)
