When you 100% know they have a parcel for you that has got to Whangarei on Monday and they do not deliver it to Kaitaia until you catch them on a Saturday- well what else needs to be said except we do not appreciate the customer service - oh that’s right there is none ! The run around for a week and the consistent lying by the dispatcher is totally unacceptable in a freight company !!When you tell people you have a daily service but fail to deliver that service because you actually don’t have a daily service because you “don’t have enough freight your not coming “ is way past unprofessional!Whangarei Mainstream you are the worse !

Disappointed with the service from Whangarei Mainstream. Had an URGENT item sent overnight from Hamilton, which arrived in Whangarei by the next morning, only to find out the ETA was the following day. Sorry not good enough!!Staff were friendly and helpful when I arrived to collect it, however they hadn't answer my phone calls and Google maps sent me to their old address in Hewlet st.

Michael did a great job doing his best finding my missing freight.All sorted Akl to Whg almost 2 weeks.Disappointing on that note!

Absolutely appalling customer service - especially when you attempt to make a claim.Certainly wouldn't recommend to anyone as their claims handling processes are completely and utterly useless.
