The Cheesecake Shop Pakuranga

Thank you for making the cake for my girl 1st birthday. The cake was beautifully made and happy, until we took the cake and unbox, we found that 4 side of the cake had stuck to the box, part of the cake had came out with the box, we have to use a candle to cover it. We were so upset. Also the cake was way too sweet. We couldn't had a second piece. Hope you can put an extra board under the cake and make the box bigger.

Love so many of the cakes here. Boston Mudcake, Tiramisu Torte, Passionfruit Cheesecake have been consistently good :)Good range and reasonable prices.

I chose a cake in the shop today, when a guy took out the cake and was walking to the back wall to pack it, he was coughing while holding the cake, with no face mask on. I had some doubt, but I reluctantly paid for it. After I drove out for about 300 meters, I thought I better not get sick by eating this cake, so I went back to the shop immediately, I talk to him about my concerns and asked for a refund or an exchange, he said he did not cough that I could check the security camera. I agreed to check with him, after 5 seconds, he changed his mind, said he was not going to check it and no refund or exchange for me, I could report to the head office, and said I was lying. What a liar! I asked to speak to the manager, he said he was the manager, with no work uniform, no name tag, I asked him to write down his name and I took a picture of it. He spoke very aggressively almost shouting, I called the police, left without the cake nor the refund. Later when I check this photo, I noticed the long nail and dirt in it. The manager (could be the owner) with this kind of attitude and no kindness and somehow dangerous, it is definitely not the place where I buy any food from!!!

We stopped by here to grab a cake before they closed. We ordered it online and just picked it up. The cake was nicely decorated and it tasted nice. The shop might be a bit hard to find since it is located behind the gas station on the main road.

We've been coming to this branch for years but recently we've noticed the quality has been very poor. The cheesecakes doesn't taste the same, less creamy and doesn't taste nice, cupcakes were dry. We're not coming back.UpdateNo one contacts you back after you fill in the form so don't bother

Bought a chocolate cake for new years, and it ruined the party. I've had paknsave cakes that tasted better! No one enjoyed it, probably going to have to throw the rest away. Very disappointed, especially with how much u paid for it! Will not be coming back

Unfortunately I have to give it 1 star, but that is one too many.My wife called up on the phone to order a specific cake but when she arrived they said they didn't have it and would only offer a more expensive option. Then when they went behind their wall you can hear them laughing about my wife being upset by it. They offered an alternative which was not even close to being suitable but would do the cake writing for free. My wife reluctantly paid for the bigger more expensive cake but they then refused to do writing as the surface area was bigger !Also whilst we were there, another customer who had called earlier booking a cake as well was informed on his arrival that they don't have it.Basically just a cunning lot of people who will try anything to make you pay more. After coming here for years we will no longer return. You won't go far with terrible customer service .

Been coming here for over 10 years and the quality of the gateaux cakes have just gone lower and lower.Thick dry sponge and very little cream in the middle when compared to other branches.Cakes never appear to be fresh if you walk in. You have order online a few days in advance to get a fresh cake.What a shame when you fork out $60 on someone's special day for the cake to turn out old and crumbly.Staff are weird as hell. No emotion. Just robotic.Other cakes and cheesecakes are still good. Nothing to write home about though.
