Totally time wasters, had dealing with Caroline from last 3 days in between she sent test link to me for job requirement, had team interview with me. After that she sent me another email for last face to face round with the company booked for next week Monday. She took my consents for verification, ID proof and referees details. Today she just contacted me and said sorry there is little change in job description, apologies from our side. Is this thing fine without knowing anything in clear, they advertised the job on job portal? Biggest time waster firm.

Had a pretty negative experience with Madison and I would not recommend them to anyone.As a new arrival to NZ, I was struggling to find work due to my visa type (working holiday). I was referred to Madison by a friend and I thought they could help. Thought that contract/temp work could be a good fit for me.I had a phone interview with a staff member where afterwards I was sent what I can only describe as an exam.It consisted of Word, Excel, typing test and a copying test. I am pretty computer literate, but it was difficult. What made it worse, was that it only gave you one chance to get the right answer, and if you clicked anywhere on the screen that wasn't the right step, it automatically failed you on that question. Extremely frustrating. Can't imagine someone with less computer knowledge or limited English would know what to do.Afterwards, it's like Madison fell off the face of the earth. No contact. Not even a courtesy email with my results of the test. Not even to say they don't have any positions available for me. Almost a month later, still no word from them.I ended up finding a job on my own and I'm very happy, but sad I wasted my time with Madison.

Madison is absolutely an excellent recruitment company to work for!!! Lizzie and Rebecca have been great at all times, they are efficient, professional and helpful. I have never worked for any other recruitment company before, but they made my first time experience so easy and smooth. Lizzie found me a job and get everything sorted within one day, she has also been checking up on me after my first day and first week. Another thing I like a lot is that they send out reminders every Sunday for completing the timesheets, really helpful!Thanks Madison!

Claudia was very helpful right from our first call. She has got immense knowledge in the recruiting field and no doubt she is a great asset for Madison. She has been very friendly and cooperative. I'm glad to have such a friendly recruiter and I hope to work with her in future.
