It's taken me a while to get around to writing this review, but it's for some work that was done in Jan.We had our old low pressure hot water cylinder replaced and new pipework fitted in the shower to accommodate mains pressure and replace the old shower head and mixer.First of all, the whole reason we chose to contact iplumb in the first place was the positive reviews - so I'm happy to be adding another one to their collection.The communication was fantastic - they are literally the only people who have said I'll send you a quote tomorrow" and actually done so.The communication around the timing of the job and their availability was great and they were happy to answer my questions.We live out in the middle of nowhere and they were also happy to come up and provide a rough estimate for the job which was really helpful since we're on such a tight budgetThe only element of the job I wasn't thrilled about was venting the hot water cylinder onto the bare ground under the house. We had gas hot water installed by Matt along with our bathroom renovation. Can’t fault the service, great price and even helped arrange the electrician. He helped with the design of the bathroom and we are really happy with how it all turned out. Thanks again!
