Beware of unexplained costs when receiving a quote.I contacted Gavin Lowe to request a quote to re-gas a heat pump. I was told that someone would need to be sent out to do this, which I though was slightly odd given a previous quote had been obtained over the phone. At no point was any cost or charge for this service mentioned so I went ahead.It wasn't until I received an invoice for just under $200 a few days later was I made aware there was a charge.I believe people should be aware of non disclosed costs when receiving quotes from this company.

Started off great. Visit from salesman looked around the house and gave a quote for ducted heatpump. Install went good and the team were fast and professional. However having trouble with the wifi setup... Would not recommend as an add-on. Very temperamental and being charged for technician to come and sort out $175 for 15min visit...?? Beware.Otherwise Daikin ducted heatpump is great and install was fantastic.

Highly recommend Gavin Lowe Energy and Electrical. Staff were knowledgeable and professional. We felt comfortable knowing we were getting sound advice and the best layout option for ducted heating. Installers were punctual polite and proficient. Very prompt after sales service too when we had a query.
