Pack and Send agreed to pack an item suspended in foam beads to protect it for transport from Wellington to Sydney. On arrival the box was opened to find a simple piece of bubble wrap and the item floating around in which was broken…. Most disappointed never got what I paid for……I note no comment from Pack &Send Wellington to-date?
