Double special burger, the name drew me in, the price was affordable but high enough that it would have to be good.Came in a fancy box, more like a treasure chest cause it was gold. Also got mussels and fish to pick at and those were equally top notch.Will definitely be back, worthy of the extra drive it took me.Can be hard to do simple things well sometimes but this lady nailed it.

Paid a premium for crumbed blue cod.Not sure what I got but if it was blue cod it was the smallest and thinnest piece I've ever seen. Crumbed coating however was huge, but so over cooked, which prompted me to pull it apart and find their deception.Never, ever again.

Best fish and chip shop in Ashburton. The staff are always friendly and the food never disappoints. Nothing dressed up just the classics served just how you like it.

We drove to a local park to eat our fish and chips. It was beautiful and the food was delicious!! Took about 10 minutes to get from the time we ordered.
