Lotus Foreign Exhange - Manukau Mall Branch

I have been phoning this business for days. Finally someone answered.I asked if I could order cash euros with them. The man hung up immediately. Terrible service. Deserves less than 2.5 rating

Very very VERY lady called katalina who served me this morning looks like she hates her job no smoke no greeting 2 people in front of me she was serving wasn’t helpful at all was rude and disregarded them. Also when I got to her and asked her if I could please have some $20 notes in AUD said rudely said this is all I got!!! In a very angry way. And when confronted she got all defensive and tryed to blame her stink attitude on me. KATALINA get a new job If you hate your job so much you should not be behind the counter serving customers!!! Never going back - seen a lot of complaints about that branch

Girl¹ that served me today obviously hates her job, no greeting, was so rude, told me I had to register before she would serve me, no customer service skills, went around to No1 currency who were super friendly and helpful

Visited Lotus Westfield Manukau on 2312/22 evening. Unpleasant lady at the reception. No smile or greeting!!! She was on her phone when I visited the store, it felt like she got disrupted when I walked in. She asked me for my passport for a bank transfer. When I asked why a passport? Then, she gave me other options.Throught our conversation, she made me feel that she was doing a favor to me.Didn't want to deal with her, so left the store unhappy :)

Very rude and salty attitude, just because we had no proof of address. We come back with proof of address and is treating us so rudely and ignoring we were there completely.

I needed some USD for our holiday.Sonia at the Manukau mall branch made it easy and hassle free.The customer service was greatI have ever since used Lotus!Thanks guys.

Sent money yesterday was not happy with the customer service. Was served by a lady called adelina ? She was very rude and attitude horrible. I felt humiliated esp when the line was full yesterday !!!!!! She could have just said hey gurl can you speak louder into the intercom thingy pls " I was standing in the line for a long time only to get there and she have a horrible attitude. at least smile!!!!"

Three weeks ago was converting $3,500 NZD to Australian at Manukau Mall branch. Finally got to counter and lady advised I have to fill in a form get ID so fair enough. Came back lady I spoke with just headed out to lunch so spoke with other lady who advised no you have to email them the things. Mind you the form asked for some intimate details which i overlooked. When advised I wasn't informed of the email she was like you can wait till the other person gets here and discuss with them." in a rude manner. You know those people who let a little bit of power get to their heads. I already wasn't comfortable with the personal questions and now I had to wait more. Went to No.1 currency. No line. Less intrusive questions

I would like to commend Adelina on her exceptional delivery service. She was polite and understanding while we were dealing with some technical issues. Highly recommend!
