It's reliable, easy, powerful, fast and quiet. Save time and water plus it's very affordable! Worth every penny. Strongly recommend!

I bought gas cook top on April and shape of burner rings change so I emailed them someone call me from new market store and they said we will deliver that part to you I wait 2 week nothing hear from them call again and they said I will check with warehouse and I will update you wait another 3 days no reply call them again and still they don’t know when there warehouse can sort out the part it’s really disappointing and frustrated they don’t have clue at all they just know to sell their after sales service is really really bad be careful before you bought anything from new market store. Finally they sent a replacement after months

Buy these appliances at your own risk!Spent big on a brand new combo washer/dryer with these guys which broke after exactly 2 years. Eventually, after 1 year and about 8 visits from a tech, who was unable to fix it, they replaced it with a much smaller, outdated looking model they claim was a brand new released model (it isn't, they lied to me on the phone) Now not even 1 year into using the replacement and it keeps having errors. I don't even want to try and deal with these guys again to get it fixed since it was a drawn out, exhausting ordeal the first time.These appliances break quickly and repeatedly and Midea is slow and reluctant to help with anything. Absolutely abyssmal that they charge so much for faulty appliances. Do not buy this brand!

Excellent customer service from this team! We purchased a Midea vacuum cleaner online (not from here) and only after 8 weeks of use, something appeared defective with the charger. We visited the Broadway street store (as the closest) for maybe a product fix or repair? Instead we got a full replacement product - Wow! Thank you so much to the young man who assisted us, I am sorry I did not get your name. Great service, very happy.

Terrible customer service. I called last weekend with a question about my Midea mini dishwasher. and was told someone would get back to me on Monday. It’s now Thursday and I have heard nothing.

The washer is fine, not tested yet so review may change.My rating is based on service alone. The store is situated in Newmarket on Broadway. It has no parking available yet your expected to collect items weighing 70+kg. I bought a trolley with me, how do other customers cope. Where are you supposed to load these large items, in the bus lane outside?Second reason is the way the phone was answered, I don't expect to be greeted on a blind call with Mandarin in NZ. English and Maori are our two official languages.

Just purchased a 10kg Midea washer today, the product looks great and the price is really competitive, but not sure about the quality yet. hopefully it can last longer than I expected. at this stage I'd give them 4 star first for their customer services and the product, and will do a formal review after a few years if the washer is still working well. then I'll rate 5 star

I bought a new fridge but the one they delivered was unwrapped, with foot unscrewed, shelf plate dirty and used and there were hand prints, fingerprints everywhere. They admitted that the faults were caused by their quality control. However, they refused to take responsibility for wrapping the fridge and delivering it back to their warehouse. The manager asked me to go through tribunal which is where I am at.

Given one star as there was no option for 0 stars. We purchased the Midea Microwave Combi - TR936T4CR from these guys. I sincerely wish we had read through the reviews on this company first.Well what a disaster. Don't ever purchase this item or deal with this company. They have no customer service or customer centricity.Lets start on the appliance...….1. Condensation like you have never seen...…floods the bottom of the microwave with moisture and you have to continually mop it up.2. Instructions that are pigeon English and don't make sense.3. Grill function & Convection function are so pathetic that you would never bother using them. let alone trying to work out what each function is.4. Interior light so weak you cant even see what you are cooking.5. Makes a terrible ping noise when microwave function is being used.6. when using any other function it clunks and bangs when heating up and cooling down and sounds terrible.Asked to return the product which they wouldn't come at. After much persuasion they sent someone out that was semi retired. He did a heat test on the hot water and said the microwave function was ok, there were no other tests done or functions checked.The condensation and all the other issues continue to plague us and JH Appliances continue to say there is nothing wrong.Don't waste your $1000 when a standard microwave will out perform every time, and without all the above issues.The product we have is not fit for purpose, and for this the have breached the consumers guarantees act.REMEMBER NEVER BUY FROM THESE GUYS , IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR PRODUCT THEY WILL NOT WANT TO KNOW.Google..... This is a legitimate review, do not let Midea/ JH Appliance convince you to remove this review.

If I could rate negative stars I would!!! Mark in the customer service team has misrepresented the Midea brand poorly. I ordered a replacement part last year and I still haven't received; when I rung the customer service number and asked where the part was, Mark gave me 4 different timeframes. He laughed on numerous occasions when I told him my circumstances (and I have a recording of him doing this) and kept changing the delivery timeframe.Sooo disappointed!!!! BUYERS BEWAREDO NOT BUY THIS BRAND, IF SOMETHING BREAKS; THE LIKELYHOOD OF YOU GETTING A REPLACEMENT PART IS NIL WITH A SIDE OF MISLEADING AND RIDICUAL!!!UPDATED ResponseNo I did not purchase part directly from you but you are the company that the outlet deals with to source the part, I do understand that it is no fault of yours that the part was broken (this is not the issue).Either way I ordered a product from the outlet in July last year and paid for a product instore after your representative had stated that the timeframe was three months from the order date; this month being the eighth month!On another note!!! What good will a refund do?? I need the part in order for my hobb to work and I was told Midea Appliances are the people I need to speak to in order to get the part replaced!And YES!!!!, MARK the representative did laugh on several occasions and I have the recording to prove that he did! He is very unprofessional and not sympathetic to my situation in the slightest.I have contacted the commerce commission stating that Midea Appliance also known as JM Appliance LTD are in breach of the Consumer Guarantees Act, Contract and Commercial Law Act and Fair trading Act.
