The guy that served me was rude and arrogant. Went in for a caravan bulb and told me it is for an oven when i showed him the blown bulb.Don't ever think a woman doesn't have any idea about things when she goes into a male dominated auto shop cause guaranteed she knows alot more than you think. Glad I was only passing through as will not be coming back here again.

Lovely lady from here, great service. Was at a loss with the trucks wiper blades, friendly lady, took them off and replaced with brand new ones, the difference it's made for the wet days.

Went into the Mt store to buy car care products. A trio of males stood there snickering at me for wanting to wash my car. I was made to feel like a silly woman for wanting to take care of my vehicle. Then the more human of the three actually assisted me in my purchases. Shock! That a shop worker would actually try to SELL me what I want. Not a female friendly environment at all. The most unhelpful and patronising experience I've ever had in a store. Luckily they aren't the only one in town.

Helpful staff, unlike competing companies they didn't tell me I needed to go somewhere else, rather than that they offered to order things in for me. Offered solutions and good ideas. Had honest opinions about head units, didn't just try to sell me a relatively expensive one, I felt like they listened to what I desired in a head unit and then came up with a well suited one for me.

Should not have taken me so long to write this review - just other things on. These guys are friendly, kind and helpful. Rohit in particular is such a good person and really knowledgeable when it comes to vehicles and parts etc. He helped me above and beyond his normal duties and I am so appreciative for that. His boss Grant is also kind. They are always smiling in the shop, and that to me is half the way there for customer service. My Father has been going here for years and even though he won't ever go again, his recommendation is a top recommendation. Thanks Repco, MT

Always excellent service and guidance. It does not matter who serves you, they're all knowledgeable. Obviously good training, or a genuine interest in what they do. As someone who spent time in the motor industry, that's important. Thanks.
