Its an ok job, the shop has obviously taken on way more than it can handle. I had an appointment booked and it was extremely busy and appointments weren't to time, there was a lot of people waiting. I would feedback not to be so greedy and prioritize your booked customers. Needless to say my nils were rushed and it was an average job. Sad.

Had gel polish - cut a finger and a thumb making them bleed . No apology. wiped blood off with acetone which burnt. The technician didn't speak to me entire treatment. Got up when finished and walked away. thumb and finger got awfully infected . Polish has lasted well. swelling and infection only just healed.

Rushed beginning and then I was left waiting with acetone on my old shellac nails for over 20 mins, so I ended up taking it off.Once my 2nd technician Moon arrived things were great!!Moon did an awesome shellac paint job and was very friendly.They seemed very busy!

My wife went there for a pedicure and suspects she got the trainee as the other worker was telling her what to do all the time and that it was hurting my wife, because my wife said she was really rough. Also her nails aren't painted properly. My daughter had one done too and the lady was coughing with her mask down. Finished result in photos.

Went to get a mani, pedi gels today, I love my nails but I only have one critique and that is when I got my pedicure Gina was abit rough and it hurt when she was filling and cutting the cuticles that’s all. First time going there overall experience was ok.

It was my first time going to a nail salon and I'm pretty happy with how my nails turned out. I did like how they made suggestions/improvements to what I wanted since I'm not familiar with the different nail options. The only problem was when they were filing and prepping my nails for extensions and they were really rough but I guess it was because they were very busy and wanted to finish quickly. Overall great first experience, quite friendly!

I booked a couple of days ahead. When I expressed discomfort at sitting for half an hour with nail remover on in foil, the person was very rude and told me to expect a long wait at this time of the year. I asked for them to complete the removal of the old gel manicure as I no longer had time to complete the new ones. My nails were left very damaged. The person then conducted a loud conversation in another language mentioning my refund and was abrupt and rude.I will definitely not use this place again.
