When approached by the salesman, he seemed disinterested and as if he didn't really want to deal with us. It was worlds apart from the much better experience we had at North Western Toyota.

Both times I've been there I have had a terrible experience with the servicing department. I have a roofing company and needed to have my vehicle on time. It was there for 3 days and they didn't give me the courtesy vehicle I needed for my job which was pre planned. Also making me pay twice for a wof. Terrible service

Dong Li (Karl) and the team provided great service.Dong Li, his manager Jared, Alan and Katherine went above and beyond to assist me.However Dong, being the person who'd sold me the car was great to deal with.I highly recommend him and his professionalism to others wishing to purchase a car from here.I was kept up-to-date regarding rhe progress of the vehicle, and post sale, his service was also outstanding too. Alan Michael was our salesman at Albany Toyota, he was very helpful even though the process was long and drawn out because of the pandemic and availability of new cars. When we finally received the car he explained and ran us through the various functions of the vehicle and we found him extremely knowledgeable.

The service has decrease greatly and I don’t think I’ll be back there again.. they keep adding random things to the last which need repairs.. recently asked me to change a battery that they themselves had installed the year before..

Got my car serviced here, did the Express service and my car was ready within an hour and a half. Reasonably priced and great communication. While you wait there’s coffee and cookies that you can help yourself to.

The service itself was really good. Prompt replies, friendly staff, and on the day my car was serviced well ahead of schedule. All in all i was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency.The only thing that is making me give a review of 3 stars is that despite the prompt communications there was some information that was left out until i got to sign for a service.I had booked a standard service a month ahead over email (they were also very understanding when i had to reschedule) but i only got to know that the cost of my service was going to be 3x the cost of the standard service because i was told at the desk, right before signing, that the next service for my car had to be a big service because it's 6 years old or had 90k on the clock.I would definitely recommend them in terms of service, because they were pretty good....but make sure u ask all the questions ahead of time so that you dont get big surprises.

I asked for something simple and easy that would take them literally 2 minutes and they didn't do it. Also just noticed they did a full service and yet my warrant of fitness expires in 8 days and they didn't do it !!!.And haven't responded to emails ive sent about the above either.Why ??..
