Staff are nice but for some unknown reason they have only one teller for cash transactions. So there is usually a long wait for change, foreign exchange or cash withdrawal.Edit: Now a CASHLESS BANK so no change or cash out. So a pointless bank

What is the purpose of a bank when they don't accept cash deposits over the counter. Business banking in NZ is a nightmare now, not everyone wants to use ATM machines that don't serve the required purpose. Not everyone wants a cashless society BNZ! Tell me what are people going to do when power is out or ATMs are down all the time?????

Worst service ever in a bank. Only one person available and nobody knows what's going on. I had to come to the bank 3 times and got one appointment cancelled because one piece of paper was missing, what I have could brought with me to the appointment. Whole process to change a name took 4 weeks!

Was waiting for machine to deposit money but a customer had so much cash I was waiting for 10 or 15min in line and I was only 1 other person here. No staff member came and spoke to me. Really should have a leat 2 machines so customers have less time waiting. Not upset because of wait mainly but no staff member said anything to me.
