Note - this is based off the masseuse I was given, others may vary.The whole time he was constantly massaging my spine opposed to the muscle around it. Was incredibly uncomfortable and sore. Majority of the time was in pain but there were bits and pieces in between to make it not so bad.Also no oil offered so be aware of that before going.
