“Sarah Linton delivered an online workshop for our whole staff, on the topic of ‘managing your energy levels not your time.’ This was something our staff had requested they would like assistance with, as many were feeling drained throughout the workday or like they were focussed on work, when at home spending time with their loved ones.We were given some pre-learning to complete, whereby staff were asked to reflect on where the hours in the day were going, as well as complete a self-assessment, outlining how they felt they were balancing their energy levels currently. Sarah took us through mindfulness techniques, ultradium rhythm and some tips on how to fill our energy tanks/practice self-care effectively. Many of our staff enjoyed the introspection time and after the session was completed, they were reflective, in tune with their emotions and opened minded about their approach to balancing their energy levels going forward. It was our pleasure to work with Sarah, she was flexible and invested in our staff from the beginning. We appreciated her creating the biggest impact she could, given the timeframe we had her for.
