I'm very pleased with the work done by Solid Roofing and the roof is safe now, thanks to Peter and team. I no longer have to worry about leaks inside when I hear it raining. Thank you all for your professional work and communication, keeping me updated on all aspects of this job from the first quote in May to the final repair in June. First - Solid Roofing were the only company to actually show up when they said they would.Second - I cannot fault their workmanship or their advice.

I honest going to give solid roofing a rate of zero if I'm allowed. Very unreliable, not honest, they only want money but no customer service. Had them to replace parts of my damaged roof last year, they replaced it with a different color. I refuse to pay the balance until they fix it. After negotiated with them, they agreed to come and paint the roof to match color but insist me to pay the balance first. I chose to trust them, but guess what, never show up to paint it after they received the balance.

I had a fantastic experience with Solid Roofing. Peter the owner and his team replaced our asphalt shingle roof, correcting all sorts of issues with the original installation and doing an absolutely top-quality job.Their communication was fantastic, Peter was approachable, clear, and a consumate professional from whoa to go. No question too silly or annoying. Their services are well priced, of an excellent quality, and their invoices and quotes are detailed, and have no surprises. I have used other roofers who couldn't hold a candle to these guys. I would recommend Solid Roofing to anyone.

Very professional company, very friendly manner on the phone. Kept us updated with each step of the process. There was a delay for parts, we were well informed. Our building is 3 stories high and a complex of 5 townhouses. Boys who worked onsite friendly and respectful. I would highly recommend.

Our property manager help us book Solid roof and we are waiting for almost 2 weeks no feedback so I called to their office, one lady pick up my phone and asked my phone number again and told me will come to my house today. Then I back home waiting until 4 o’clock nobody contact me. I call their office and the operator transform my phone twice nobody answering phone. Finally a lady answering and said due to weather conditions they can’t give us specific time and suggested us change other company.I believe solid roof is a professional company but if the service team need to be improved. If you can’t deal with the task why accept it??? I know it’s busiest time at the moment but it doesn’t mean you can eat your word. Thanks.

We used Solid Roofing to replace our old leaking decramastic tile roof with a new colour steel roof. We had a fiddly request for 2 different colours including flashings to change the architectural look. We were impressed with Peter's knowledge, recommendations and eye for detail. Michal followed up to ensure everything was OK. Very happy with the results thanks.

Thank you Solid Roofing - Professional, considerate in costing and with amazing results by skilled roofer-leader Rubal. We are absolutely thrilled with the replacement asphalt shingle roof. Ours is a large, two storied home with pitched roofing, and many complex angles, slopes and gutters between angles in the roof structure, and were repeatedly losing shingles in patches during high winds. General Manager Peter Vandenberg, and his roofing team-leader Rubal, did a thorough assessment, taking photos of the old roof which were used to explain the deteriorated condition and to make recommendations. We opted to replace the whole roof.Rubal and his team laid new shingles over the old, making huge improvements to previous fittings around the chimneys, vents, and in the gutters. Rubal took photographs of the finished roof from all angles and he and Mani cleaned up beautifully before leaving. We have copies of the before and after photographs - very illuminating. I contacted Solid Roofing after being very disappointed with some service and advice from 3 other roofing companies that either had no idea how to to find a solution to my problem or wanted to charge a fortune for something i felt probably wasn't going to work anyway!!Peter provided a very prompt response with a methodical solution that was reasonably priced. He did what he said he was going to do without fuss and charged exactly what he quoted me and his workmanship was excellent.If you have an older home , a tricky problem or just want great workmanship and knowledge, then he is your man.

I cannot recommend Solid Roofing highly enough. Peter (the owner) and his team were very professional and thorough. I had a concrete tile roof that was only 6.5 years old, that leaked through my light fittings every time is rained. I'm a solo woman in my 70s and trying to get my builder to take responsiblity was beyond me. I knew that the Consumer Guarantee Act states that I need to seek resolution from my builder as he is the retailer, and he should then deal with the contractors he hired. Without the support and timely action on part of the Peter and the team I do not know what I could have done. Now I can deal with Builder.My new Shingle roof is beautiful and makes me feel safe again.
