Tracy managed our flats in Lower Hutt for about 6 years, until we sold recently and in fact had managed it prior to us owning the block.What struck us immediately was Tracy’s knowledge and professionalism which never wavered.Her rates are extremely reasonable and Tracy always went above and beyond so we could always ensure the tenants were well looked after, safe and warm.Her communication is excellent with both the tenants and us as landlords.By contrast we engaged a Palmerston North property management company for another rental and the service was abysmal.Tracy is top notch and we highly recommend.

7 weeks after my daily messages for 3 weeks plus multiple visits to the actual property along with emails, someone finally decided to return my call. They said they had no open units but looking online still says units available. I would never rent from a company that is this disorganized, can't return a call. Run don't walk

Time waster.Called 20 times & sent a lot of text, and replied not renting after house viewing.At first, they accepted 3 month contracts then suddenly says 6 months as minimal.To all WH visa holders, do not trust Tracy & this company, lots of lies! & they only made fake promises
