Mitesh has been incredible to deal with from the first time we approached him with an idea of moving our stuff to Australia a few months ago. Every step of the journey was clearly explained to us and fast forward to now all our stuff is with us in perfect condition within 2 weeks of sending it. We got our 178 kgs of stuff in 7 boxes delivered from Auckland to Brisbane. Mitesh from Pack n Send was extremely helpful and very friendly to deal with. Our packages were collected from the house hassle free and were given a quote. Reasonable pricing and were checked and packed as it was. We were updated with the tracking information on various stages along with when they were at customs. Mitesh kept in touch throughout the process. Very well managed and trust worthy services. 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I rarely leave reviews but this company deserved a great one! They were super efficient, gave me the best quote and I had my items picked up from Dydney and delivered to me in Auckland in only a couple of days. They have great customer service and Mitesh has been very helpful with organising my courier. Thank you and will definitely be using your company in the future.

We had to get a package back to NZ from Brisbane. Mitesh and Pack & Send were awesome to deal with and made the process really easy.Mitesh's communication and service were brilliant.He took care of the customs paperwork so it was easy. We had tried the big players like Fed Ex and their customer service was appaling and that lead us to find Pack & Send. I had to send some bulk supplies and was surprised at how professional, quick and hassle-free their service was. Next day delivery from Auckland to New Plymouth. Regular updates received. The price was also far cheaper than other couriers. Will definitely use their service again.
