Rooftop At Qt
Could be great. Stopped here for drinks around 4:30 pm. Nice rooftop location with spectacular views of city and harbour. Unfortunately, only a small portion of the bar has views. Not that crowded when we came in, but filled up fairly quickly. Took about 10 minutes before a waiter came over to get order. Waiter did not have understanding of even basic cocktails - had to type what we wanted into his tablet. Not waiters fault - improper training or hiring. Took another 20+ minutes for the drinks to arrive. This place is heavily promoted and advertised. Shame, they should put some of that ad money into better management. This place could be great.

The location and scenery here is stunning. On a good day with a table outside, you really can’t beat it.As a cocktail bar, I would expect inspirational cocktails. The cocktails are fine however definitely nothing to write home about. With so many cocktail bars popping up, this wouldn’t be a destination I would seek out.

Not the best start to this place. Walked in. Couldn't put a card behind the counter to start a tab so no table service. With everything moving to paywave and digital wallets I am not a fan.Waited for 30 min for my chicken and potatoe dishes and saw another table served before me when I ordered about 20 minutes before them.Flagged down one of the staff and they were apologetic and sorted it out and comped me a pint which was great. That's good service to acknowledge the mistake and attempt to make up for it.No acknowledgement from the girl at the counter on exit which is just sort of standard stuff.The bar is nice. Decent view but not alot of searing. Not sure I'd go back. The food was nice though. Shame I had an average experience.

Highly recommend to come early to get a table outside (between 3-4.30pm especially on a Friday and Saturday) if you're after sunshine/sunsets and nice views. The host and the service staff was great. Everyone very attentative. Always made sure to check up on us and top up our water. The cocktails were done quick and looked amazing. Almost all of them had a very unique look. Definitely a bit more pricey but that's totally normal in a (hotel) rooftop bar. Definitely still worth it though!

Booked this venue for a post wedding party, we were given a minimum spend for a 2 hour period which we were happy to pay. On arrival they had seated us in the worst section of the bar and service took around 20 minutes for a drink. Staff actively ignored us and refused to send waiters to our section. It was truly appalling, given we had already paid, it was obvious they just wanted to take the money without providing the service we paid for. Would never recommend.

Great rooftop bar any time of day or night. Went for the Sunday Sessions, with $2 oysters and taco specials. The oysters were plump and quite big for a happy hour special. Cosy fire and heaters, live jazz and djs on occasion. Classy yet not fussy.

Really quiet on a Sunday night, was hosted by the lovely Gio who recommended a cocktail (Sip & Sin) I ended up loving!! Thank you to Preyank and Ben as well for their warm hospitality and preparing our drinks + food. I would recommend the chorizo croquette to literally everyone - so crunchy but with a soft and fluffy filling. Will be back to try the rest of the food and cocktails, the menu is fantastic :)

The view paired with the drinks menu and atmosphere is a great spot to have casual drinks, a date with the girls or friends or something special like an event or birthday.

Standard snooty Auckland bar, overpriced and full of itself. If you are only going to let a group in at the end of the night when it is empty don't have your bouncer gaslight everyone the each time. Just say that and people would happily go elsewhere - and would be advised to. The restaurant downstairs is nice and I find it difficult to beleive that such good service can exist under the same company banner as such bad service. Even with an empty bar the service was painfully slow. Not worth any wait, even the lorded rooftopness simply meant a half arsed view of buildings and a little water.
