Keepin Katz Boarding Cattery

Went overseas for 2 weeks and this cattery did the job for our kitten of 7 months.She seem to have had a wonderful time and we were worry-free.

Jan and her team do such a great job. I really appreciated Jan letting me have a tour before deciding to book my cat, Dumpling in. She is so knowledgeable about all the different cats in terms of their personalities and needs. Even though each time I've been to the cattery Jan has been busy, she always takes the time to chat and it's clear she loves her job. If you want peace of mind while you're away then I definitely recommend Keepin Katz.

It was the first time leaving our Cat Stevie in a cattery so was feeling nervous about leaving him. However, Jan put our minds at ease. She is quick to respond to any queries and seemed to take time to understand Stevie and his personality. Was worth the drive from central Auckland knowing our fur baby was in good hands.

Jan is a truly amazing and caring person. She went above and beyond to care for my two cats and put my mind at ease. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and I knew my cats were safe and loved.

If we could give more than 5 stars, then we would. Unfortunately, Google only lets us give 5. Jan and Amy are absolute gems who gave our fur babies the best care during what can only be described as the worst climate event that Auckland has seen. Our boys came home looking better than ever, relaxed and feeling loved, and we knew that they had been looked after by only the best. Wonderful caring, well maintained cattery with exceptional service from Jan who looks after cats as if they were her own. Always try to get in here to give our cats a holiday they will love.

Jan and her team are so lovely. You can genuinely see that they love cats. Their facilities and overall care for the cats is impeccable. Would not take our cat anywhere else.

Absolutely wonderful cattery! We were very nervous to leave our boy for the first time, but he was very well looked after and came home a very happy kitten. Jan & her team put our minds at ease with their understanding and willingness to respond to a cat's needs, and talked us through their routine so we knew what to expect. Highly recommend for any cat, but particularly if you have a ragdoll and are looking for a cattery that has experience with them. Also recommend the taxi service - this was a life saver to make sure we didn't feel rushed heading away and have a stressed out kitten. 10/10, we are happy knowing that we can give our boy a holiday he will enjoy and know he's well looked after, so he will be back for sure!

After having recently adopted our wee Mickey and only having her with us for a month before being affected by the January floods we were nervous about leaving her in a Cattery for an extended period.. Jan and the team took amazing care of our wee girl for 4 months and provided regular photo updates on facebook, Jan was so accommodating and reassuring at such short notice and we knew after our initial phone call this was the place we were going to leave Mickey. It was such a relief knowing that Mickey was happy and so well looked after. We cannot recommend Keepin Katz highly enough, they were absolutely amazing.
