WOF & REGO CENTRE Vehicle Testing

Amazing service. I was struggling to get repairs completed in time and needed the wof by end of day Friday as needed to head out of town for family member passing. They rang me after they were meant to close to see if I was sorted and told me they'd stay open until I could get there. Thanks to their AMAZING service I was able to safely drive to be with my family. Thank you soooooo much WOF & rego centre Taupo. You are unbelievably awesome

The time taken to do my WOF inspection was reasonable. Reception attitude was pretty off hand and communication overall was poor. That was on the first visit when I actually gave them an ok rating. Went back today and they were just rude and unprofessional. I took my trailer to the nearby branch of a nationwide chain because I was unhappy with the service and they found a serious safety issue that WOF and Reg centre hadn’t detected.

I was blown away by the service today at WOF & Rego Centre, Taupo. Not only was the lady at reception pleasant and helpful, the team completed the WOF check on both my Ute and trailer, then also completed a quick repair so I didn’t have to come back for a re-check.Admittedly, it was close to closing time and they didn’t have anyone to check after me but the fact that they went above and beyond to get me road ready was really appreciated.Thanks team, keep up the great work.

the reception lady serisouly needs some training, she’s beyond rude, ruined my whole experience, might stop going there from now on, asked for a coffee and she refused to give me a cup, not nicely though. i recommend to go anywhere else than here.

Great service fast and fair would recommend to any one

Refused service due to a putting up a poor review on Google due to average customer service. The only reason I returned was a 're-check' needed to be performed (outside of the 28 day window), should of perhaps tried elsewhere - my thoughts were the mechanic may have an easier time inspecting the vehicle due to the car only being checked a few weeks earlier. Instead of trying to understand the reason why customers may be leaving with a sour taste in their mouths and trying rectifying the situation, they eject them in a very rude manner by tearing up the WOF sheet in your face and making you feel like you're at fault for some reason. This was after being left to wait two hours for them to gracefully let me know this was the case. I've never met someone working so hard to get 'one up' on the customer.

We accidentally happened upon this place 3 years ago maybe. I can't fault them the reception lady has been fast and friendly every dreaded time we've gone in. The mechanics were awesome explained clearly what needed to be done. Last visit got some tips on tyre pressure
