Older women works there bad customer service not going there again and il will be tellin my friends and family never go there again SHOCKING it's a NO FOR ME

Customer service doesn't exist here. Thought maybe it was a one off bad experience, but the next 3 times I went in I was given nothing but rudeness. I walked up to the counter and was saw that the workers behind the counter were busy, so I waited for them to finish until they were able to serve me. Until one of them said are you algood bro?" to which I responded with "I wish to purchase something". They don't check ID and barely speak to their customers

Always great service here....I live in matua but I come all the way here because of the great service and sometimes Bethlehem.Now Lyn has gone its probably going to change....Cameron rd is the worst..might just give up vaping

I would say the two ladies who work at this shop they are so nice the older lady and the very young one they are awesome friendly. They are just let down by the girl she’s just terrible rude and wow lady if you got a issue with your work get a job somewhere else…the older lady been serving me since Papamoa opened and she is great…you are just horrid…I don’t know how the other two put up with you…

Hi Shosha this is Lisa Rose thankyou for your reply. However I think you might have mistaken me for someone else? I have never returned a product or demanded an exchange! My experience consist of lack of interest and help regarding buying a vape also taking in a pod to ask for a coil upon a quick glance the lady in question grabbed it and said na out of stock .. actually she was talking about another brand that I had to point out after a bit of denial she soon saw she was wrong bluntly said sorry and gave my coil. There are other times which I will email you . I hope you take the time to take customer complaints seriously as you seemed to have jumped on mine and told me I was rude when you had no idea to what had happened. Please be cautious of whom you speculate . I am a manager of a retail store so understand what customer service means . Thankyou Lisa
