Hoi An house exceeded all expectations! We went to a birthday and did a sharing feast with 8 people and it was magnificent! The service was great, the food was spectacular and we left with tummies and hearts full. So thank you staff! We will be back!

Service is definitely above average. However, not sure if the chef actually know what Vietnamese noddle soup tastes or looks like. Paid nearly double but got served some soup having completely different taste which was not authentic or good

A group of us tried a variety of items from the menu, Vietnamese food was slightly more edible than the Thai food. The Tom Yum soup was especially disappointing where it was neither spicy nor sour, it tasted like a vegetable soup with too much sugar. All the other Thai dishes like the the green curry and lemongrass chicken were far from the authentic version, there was a massive lack of spices and they were all unnecessarily sweet. I’m very surprised by the number of good reviews for this place and it was definitely hard to accept for the Asian palate. If you have to have a meal here, I’ll recommend going for the Vietnamese items.

Lovely settings and beautiful garden but unfortunately it wasn't reflected in the food served to us. The black bean sauce pork was so salty that it's only thing you could taste and it over dominated other ingredients. Green curry was terrible, you can only taste the cream and not much of the curry - no balance. Pho was average at best. Caramari entree contained too much batter for $15. We were hungry and excited to try this restaurant out but didn't end up finish the food, It was that bad. Seriously, any local Thai takeaway tastes better than this. Easily the worst $110 we spent on any restaurant. Cost cutting in food & extra fee on Visa payment shows this restaurant cares more about profit than good quality food. You have been warned!

Service was excellent. A comment was made about the spicy heat, next thing the manager came and offered another dish on the house. And they brought out a free dessert for the birthday girl.

Have made a trip back here after a not so great experience and this time it was excellent. The service impeccable, the food delicious and the price very reasonable. Worth a visit if you haven’t been.

Ohh.. What an excellent experience. Very good food and ambience, good service and reasonable pricing too. Only thing, tables are very close to each other. Little bit more privacy will be great. Definitely coming back.
