My first time ordering at Tank. The food and drink was gorgeous. The service was very average. I am not sure if the girl behind the counter was new or just not interested, as her product knowledge was not great. As a new customer I needed some help navigating the menu. This never happened!Her and another staff member bickering over the music while I waited for someone to start making my order was very unprofessional I felt.I would revisit Tank but unsure if it would be at this store....

Always thought Tank was overrated until I had one lol. Now I can't get enough!! Staff here are friendly and make really nice smoothies

I wanted to try something different and if I tried what I knew I would give it 4 stars. It wouldn't get 5 stars from me as I can get similar product for a lot less in price, but a great variety of flavours not found elsewhere

Tank is soo yummy and delicious and just enough. Expensive when buying more then one. Especially worthwhile during winter

I ordered a takeaway lemon herb chicken salad from Tank Andersons Bay around lunchtime today (3rd Feb). The potatoes in the salad were completely raw! I don't understand how the server could not have checked whether the potatoes were actually cooked. I had no time to drive back down from work to return the salad but the experience left a bad taste in my mouth (quite literally) and I would like to bring it to the management's attention so customers don't get served such poor quality food in the future.

Extremely bad customer service. I called to place an order and the guy who answered was awfully rude. He answered and says “who are you? And why are you calling”. I simply asked him if I could place an order he says “no you can not”, and for me to come into the store. Super unprofessional and rude. I’ve been calling in to place an order so many times and it has never been an issue for me until now. So disappointed.
